MACHINED PARTS

In conjunction with our partners, AWR has 20 years’ experience of supplying cost effective, high precision CNC manufactured components using the latest state of the art CNC machines. We specialise in manufacturing mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium parts but are also capable of working with brass and copper.

PRESSED PARTS

We work with a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Our product range includes pressed parts and assemblies such as brackets, plates, locks and clips for use in industries such as Garage Doors, Pest Control and Fall Arrest.

CAST / FORGED PARTS

AWR have developed a reputation for delivering high quality die cast and forged components. We are able to offer CNC finished products for those customers demanding extremely high tolerances. We predominantly work with both mild and stainless steels.

FABRICATED PARTS

AWR can provide a wide range of metal fabrication products and assemblies. Industries we support include aerospace, automotive, construction, defence and marine. Manufactured to your drawing or sample, popular products include handles, locks and bracketry.

TURNED PARTS

AWR offer turned parts in a range of materials including, mild steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium and plastic. In conjunction with our partners, SWR has 30 years’ experience of supplying cost effective, high precision turned parts using the latest state of the art CNC lathes.

PROTOTYPING

Using our design capabilities and links to our Far-East and UK partners, we are able to offer a rapid prototyping service. We are able to manufacture working prototypes, proof of concept models and scale models through our access to CNC and 3D printing capabilities.
